I’ve been fan of TED (Technology - Entertainment - Design) for some time, keeping myself tuned in with “ideas worth spreading.” It is purely driven by innovation and never ceases to amaze me. What’s cool is that the speakers (and ideas) shared at this conference always elicit a response that lingers. Great minds like Sir Ken Robinson, author Malcom Gladwell and Pranav Mistry have put me in awe, question the world around me and open my mind for many thought-provoking topics. But this…this one blew me away.

Inspiring. TED spotlights LXD. TED: thought-provoking conference. LXD: ground-breaking art. It melds two elements - innovative thinking and dance - to create an incredible harmony.

On Chu’s discourse, I would agree. “During this Internet age, dance evolves.” It’s true. With the rapid emergence of video-hosting sites and services, our world has become more transparent and connected. Content can become ubiquitous with ease. And your message can reach people far beyond your fingertips. That’s today’s reality. And it’s good to know people are using it to further advance dance.
